We mainly process the personal data you provide when requesting a room or contacting us, as well as data generated when you visit our website. This includes in particular:

- Details from the request form (e.g. language, date of birth, preferred location, move-in date, budget, optional information)
- The content of your message to us
- Technical data when visiting the website (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of access)

We use your personal data to process your request, offer you suitable rooms, communicate with you, handle tenancies and ensure the operation and security of our website. Within the Apartment24 network, customer data may be shared between the affiliated companies in order to offer you rooms in other regions too.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. On your first visit, you decide via the cookie notice which non-essential cookies you allow. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
The fonts on this website are loaded from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or other font providers is made when you visit the site.

We only pass on your data where this is necessary to process your request, where you have consented or where we are legally obliged to do so. This may include service providers who support us with hosting, sending messages or processing, as well as the companies in the Apartment24 network.
